Questionnaires posted for Aug 26 candidate forum

Because of COVID, and the fact that many of our members don't have reliable internet access, we've changed our endorsement process this year.  We'll schedule a 10-minute Zoom interview with each candidate on Wednesday, August 26, preferably between 7 and 9 pm.  However, rather than making the decision that night as we usually do, we'll record the interviews and post them on our Youtube channel for our members who may be able to watch it later.  We'll make our decisions online by early September.

All SF Green Party members are invited to ask questions at the forum.  Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for login information.

Join us for our Mayoral Campaign Forum

This month, we're moving our meeting from the 4th Wednesday to the 5th (April 29, from 7-9 pm), in order to schedule a discussion of the upcoming Mayoral campaign.  What would the Green Party like to accomplish in this election, and what lessons can we learn from previous Green campaigns for Mayor?  We'll have a panel discussion and Q&A with:

  • Francisco Herrera, Green Party member, and current candidate for Mayor
  • Terry Joan Baum, Green candidate for Mayor in 2011 (and a previous Green congressional candidate)
  • Barry Hermanson, Green candidate for a number of previous campaigns, including Congress

The meeting will be held at our new office space in the Redstone Building: 2940 16th Street.

Room change update:  we'll meet in the Mojo Theatre space on the 2nd floor (room 217) rather than the 3rd floor.
